As we finished putting together our top 10 list of Radiant Health posts for 2020, it was no surprise to see that nearly half had a clear COVID connection. Some looked at nutrients with therapeutic potential against the virus, while others looked more broadly at supporting immune health or simply answered the questions we were hearing most often as the scope of the pandemic was becoming clear.
Also popular were posts on natural therapies such as herbal medicine, high-dose vitamin C, and ozone for conditions such as Lyme and herpes (zoster and simplex alike). Other top posts looked at the impact of things like exercise and diet on longevity in general, as well as some of the most common dental conditions that can affect whole body health.
Still, there’s a common thread connecting all of these topics: An exploration of the new and emerging scientific research that supports the kind of integrated approach to health and well-being that we take here at the Radiant Healing Arts Center. Science is the foundation.
